Dysport

Dysport®  Anti-Aging Injection Treatments - Dysport® is an FDA-approved infection treatment that reduces the appearances of fine lines and wrinkles by relaxing facial muscles on the forehead. Similar to BOTOX®, Dysport® anti-aging injection treatments are injected directly into the site of wrinkles to prevent the underlying muscles from contracting, but is able to diffuse muscles up to three centimeters from the injection point.

Results you can expect

Patients will notice their facial muscles gradually relaxing over the next few days, as the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles diminishes, shortly after Dysport® injection treatment. Full results from Dysport® injections are usually visible within seven days after the patient’s treatment. Dysport®  anti-aging injection treatments allow our patients to enjoy a more youthful appearance with reduced signs of aging. These effects can greatly benefit them, both physically and emotionally, as they regain their youthful appearance over a short period of time.

Timing

Dysport® anti-aging injections are administered in less than 15 minutes. A numbing agent may be used to minimize any potential discomfort. The results of Dysport® injections can last up to thirteen months with repeated treatment, and are eventually required less and less frequently. This reduced requirement over time occurs as the facial muscles become trained to avoid contracting.
