- Martin H. Kay, MD, PhD
Dr. Kay started as an organic chemistry major at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in upstate New York. His interest in the then new fields of Bio-Organic Chemistry (later to merge into Biochemistry) and Immunology led him to pursue a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and then a post doctoral research position in cancer research. Gina Obsenares, Certified Physician Assistant, has been with Kay Aesthetic Dermatology since 2005. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences at the University of California, Irvine and her Certificate in Physician Assistant Studies from Charles Drew University of Medicine and Sciences in Los Angeles, California. Ms. Primo graduated from the Physician Assistant program at the University of Detroit-Mercy (formerly Mercy College of Detroit) in 1979, and subsequently received a Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies in Dermatology from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Ms Primo is the immediate past Vice President of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, Committee Chair, and fellow member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, California Academy of Physician Assistants, and is board certified under the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
